3dm 2.0
3dm 2.0 – a measured reflection of where we are as a practice. Conceived as both a workspace and a design laboratory, the interior brings together our core philosophies: clarity of form, honesty in material, and a deep sensitivity to light, geometry, and proportion.
The space is structured around a strict geometric grid, establishing alignments that guide the floors, walls, and ceilings. This grid becomes the framework for the entire project – creating order, setting rhythm, and allowing a deliberate interplay between positive and negative soffits. These recessed and expressed volumes not only define spatial character but also conceal technical services with quiet precision.
A monochromatic palette of concrete, marble, and tile grounds the project, shifting the emphasis toward pattern, texture, and the choreography of forms. Each area adopts its own architectural language, derived from a pure shape – circle, triangle, square, or trapezoid. This vocabulary is carried consistently through the soffits, tile cuts, furniture selections, and plaster finishes, creating an environment that is cohesive yet varied.
3DM 2.0 is a space built to work in, but also to think in. A place where the environment itself becomes part of the design process – our palette, our reference, and our ongoing question.
